Skills in the digital economy and the challenges of the education system

Abstract


This article is the first in a series of works devoted to education in the era of a digital economy. The main point here is the understanding of the role played by human skills in the digital economy. Another important point is the understanding of calls educational technologies, which are necessary for the formation of digital skills and, in particular, the understanding of the national education system calls. Much attention is paid to consideration curriculum-based approach as the basic paradigm of education. This approach is especially effective to form the fundamental or basic skills, as well as for the construction of flexible educational strategies and diversification of training programs.
